Community Programs

We offer a variety of community services to clients, family members, caregivers, professionals, and community members. Our Patient and Family Liaison and trained volunteers offer support to patients in both the individual’s home and in our home. Our Grief Counsellors provide support to patients and families moving through grief and bereavement or facing a palliative diagnosis.
